Samsung Experience Store DIY Workshop | Corporate Workshop Malaysia

DIY Corporate Merchandise Across 9 Samsung SES Stores in Klang Valley 📱✨

Looking for a DIY merchandise workshop, corporate gift activity or customised phone wristlet experience in Malaysia or Singapore?

For Samsung SES Store, we developed a DIY wristlet station system that could be rolled out consistently across 9 stores in Klang Valley:

📍 Pavilion KL
📍 Low Yat
📍 The Gardens
📍 1 Utama
📍 Sunway Pyramid
📍 Pavilion Bukit Jalil
📍 Tropicana Gardens
📍 IOI City Mall
📍 Setia City Mall

One system. Multiple locations. Consistent experience.

Guests could:
• Choose their preferred wristlet colour
• Select beads and charms
• Customise their own design
• Add their name
• Create their own personalised phone wristlet

The setup was designed to be simple for store teams to operate, easy for guests to understand, and consistent across every location.

A good event merchandise idea doesn't always have to be a giveaway — it can become an experience guests create and take home themselves.
